Bread Upma
Bread Upma is a quick and easy breakfast or snack recipe made with leftover bread.
In this recipe, I have used whole wheat bread which is 2 days old. Fresh bread will be soft, so using 1-2 days old bread will be the best option.
You can also add vegetables of your choice to make it more healthy. Using butter or ghee gives awesome taste to this upma. Give it a try and let me know how was it.! 😊
