Old-style Chilli Mushroom

Old-style Chilli Mushroom is a no fry, no sauce spicy dish unlike Chinese Chilli. This recipe is the Indian version using spices.

Old-style chilli chicken is famous in restaurants in Dakshina Kannada. My hubby always says it's very tasty dish. I haven't tasted it. But as my hubby explained it's taste, I tried to recreate the same. N Voila! My hubby said it perfectly matched the taste.

The main taste of the dish is from the caramelized onions. The combination of roasted spices and the caramelized onions makes the dish very tasty. So here is my experimented recipe of Old-style chilli with Mushrooms.
